RefrigerantUSA Shipping Policy
At RefrigerantUSA, we know how urgent it is to get your refrigerant when you need it. We’re committed to shipping your R22 and R410A canisters as quickly and safely as possible from our warehouse in Granite Falls, North Carolina. Please review our shipping details below to set the right expectations.
Where We Ship
- Domestic Shipping: We proudly ship to all 48 contiguous United States.
- Exclusions: We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the U.S. due to hazardous material restrictions.
Shipping Methods & Costs
- Method: All orders are shipped via ground transportation (e.g., UPS Ground, FedEx Ground) because refrigerants are classified as hazardous materials and cannot be shipped by air.
- Rates: Some states have a $19.99 shipping fee. All other states are free shipping.
- Free Shipping: Majority of states qualify for free shipping.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are typically processed and shipped the same day, pending inventory availability. Orders after 2:00 PM EST ship the next business day.

Delivery Time:
- East Coast: 1-3 business days
- Midwest: 2-4 business days
- West Coast: 3-5 business days
- Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
Important Shipping Notes
- Hazardous Materials: Refrigerants are regulated under federal HAZMAT guidelines. We package and label all shipments to comply with these rules, which may limit carrier options or delay delivery in rare cases.
- Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Address changes after processing incur a 25% restocking fee (see Refund Policy).
- Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order doesn’t arrive within 7 business days of shipping, or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at sales@icecold.us or 888-828-7078. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it—save all packaging for claims.
